The Code of Silence

Privacy is not a compliance checklist. It is the currency of trust. We treat your data with the same discretion we treat the conversations at 3 AM by the fire.

1. The Chatham House Rule

Our digital space mirrors our physical space. Who is here, and what is shared here, stays here. We do not sell, rent, or trade your identity. Your application data is viewed only by the curation committee for the sole purpose of vetting alignment.

2. Data Sovereignty

We collect only what is necessary to curate the room:

  • Your contact details (to reach you).
  • Your professional standing (to verify peer status).
  • Your intent (to align expectations).

We do not run third-party ad networks. We do not build shadow profiles. If you leave the community, your data leaves with you.

3. The Digital Footprint

We use minimal cookies strictly for site functionality. We use telemetry to understand aggregate usage patterns, not to spy on individuals. We are built for leaders who understand the value of discretion.

4. Communications

We will contact you via the methods you provide (Email/WhatsApp) regarding your application and upcoming episodes. We do not spam. Our noise-to-signal ratio is kept intentionally low.
